1. Full Refund or Replacement

8edwin will provide customers with a full refund or replacement if the item(s) is significantly different from our listing description upon receipt (please note colours may vary slightly due to photography and lighting). We are happy to provide a replacement or full refund (including shipping cost and return shipping cost). Photos may be required of the item(s) prior to a refund or replacement being issued. To make a return, the buyer must contact us within 20 days from the purchase date or within 7 DAYS of receiving the package and must also return the package within 7 DAYS of receipt. Please note buyers are liable for insurance or breakage of item(s) during the return shipping, so please ensure packages are properly wrapped.

We will provide refund after we received the return item(s) from the buyer within 10 working days. Also we will provide a replacement after we received the return item(s) from the buyer within 5 working days.

2. Refund without shipping cost

If the item(s) is not different from our listing description upon receipt and the buyer wants to return the Item(s) for a refund, we are happy to provide to provide a refund for the price of item(s) cost. The shipping cost will NOT be refund. The buyer must return the item(s) and will also be liable for return shipping cost. To make a return, the buyer must contact us within 20 days from the purchase date or within 7 DAYS of receiving the package and must also return the package within 7 DAYS of receipt. Please note buyers are liable for insurance or breakage of item(s) during the return shipping, so please ensure packages are properly wrapped.

We will provide the refund (minus shipping and any other fees) after we received the return item(s) from the buyer within 10 working days.

4. Exchange of item(s)

If the item(s) is no different from our listing description upon receipt and the buyer wants to return the item(s) for an exchange other item(s), we are happy to do so. However, the buyer is liable for return shipping AND resending shipping fee costs. To make a return, the buyer must contact us within 20 days from the purchase date or within 7 DAYS of receiving the package and must also return the package within 7 DAYS of receipt. Please note buyers are liable for insurance or breakage of item(s) during the return shipping, so please ensure packages are properly wrapped.

We will send the exchange of item(s) to buyer within 5 working days after we receive the returned item(s) from the buyer.

5. Damaged item(s) by delivery

We try our best to pack the item(s) securely for buyer, however if buyer received item(s), (not including antiques and vintage collectable items) is damaged by during the course of delivery, we are happy to do an exchange for buyer. Photos of the damaged item(s) may be required. The buyer must contact us immediately (for Australia buyer within 10 days, for overseas buyer within 20 days from purchased date maximum) and return the damaged item(s) to us within THREE WOEKING DAYS received item. After 25 days from purchased date the damaged item(s) will not be accepted for return and replacement or exchange and refund. The buyer is liable for return shipping fee. 8dwin will cover the cost of resending fee.

6. Condition of return item(s)

All product packaging (original boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Jewellery, watches and fine art items that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

7. High value item(s) return

Items from www.8edwin.com categories with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items valued more than $500 must also be insured and well packing to guarantee the safe return item(s). If return item(s) are lost or damaged on the return shipping, we will not accept the return and a refund or replacement or exchange will not be issued.

8. Any antiques and vintage collectable items sold on www.8edwin.com.au will not be accepted for return

Note: Before you buy any antiques and vintage collectable items from www.8edwin.com.au, please look at photos carefully. If you have any questions we will be happy to answer them. Items are to be sold as is. Item descriptions such as the age and condition are ONLY TO BE USED FOR A REFERENCE. It is the onus of the buyers to do further research on the items and must take FULL RESPONSIBILITY for his/her purchase. We will NOT accept a return and will NOT issue a refund of these if your opinions of the description such as age and condition for the item(s) are different to ours after you have purchased and/or received the item(s)

We try our best to pack the the antiques and vintage collectable item(s) securely for buyer for buyer with our 30 years antiques trading and shipping experience, but we will not take any responsibilities and will not accept any returns if the received antiques and vintage collectable item(s) is damaged during the course of delivery.
